What B does

B asks, books and orders for you with businesses. The business, not B, sells to you, sets its prices and answers for what it provides, including allergens and food safety.

Your OK comes first

B sends a request only after you approve it. If anything changes (a time, a price, an item), B asks you before it agrees.

You pay the business the way it asks. If B ever charges a fee, B tells you the amount before you approve.

Use it fairly

Use B for real requests in your own name, and don't use it to break the law or bother a business. B may refuse a request or close an account that does. You must be 18 or over.

Limits

B does its best but cannot promise a business will answer or keep its word. As far as the law allows, B is not responsible for what a business does, and B's responsibility for its own mistakes is limited to any fee you paid B for that request.
